You have the right to return or exchange any SEVENFRIDAY product you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the item was received. Kindly note that you may be subject to shipping expenses in the event that you wish to return your order from a location that is outside of FEDEX or USPS coverage. SEVENFRIDAY, officially represented by SEVENFRIDAY (US) LLC, does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Please note, returns are only applicable for items coming from the US and that additional policies may be applied during promotion period.
“Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund
